"Even when we moved an hour away from Seneca Falls we decided to continue with Jim Bruning and the Seneca Falls office. We have had him for all our vehicles, renters and umbrella policies.
We had an issue with our car on the way to the airport to board a cruise for over a month to 3 continents!
He assisted my daughter with getting the car repaired, so when we returned it was as good as new! We were able to enjoy our cruise knowing she and our car were being well taken care of.
In an age of online service there was no need to switch when we moved, when his service has always been excellent!!!
